I ride the train yesterday to Salzburg where i met my scottish friend Ian
I mentioned him before here
We had a Guiness at an Irish Pub on St Patrick's day this year before

I arrived in Salzburg he met me at the train station we went with city bus to the Christmasmarket
At the Christmasmarket i had a austrian version of a hot dog which is called Bosna

We strolled through the market

It was beautifully decorated

I heard lots of people speaking english and some others french

We went to a Hotel at a rooftop terrace with view over Salzburg and had a Glühwein thats a hot cooked wine

I saw a old watermill

At the Hotel in the elevator we met an American couple and joked and talked with them briefly

I would not know they are americans only that they speak english but my native english speaking scottish friend Ian said they are certainly americans

I hate to admitt but i dont unfortunately dont but there are not that many not more then five probably in Salzburg google Burg Salzburg or fortress Salzburg
The name Salzburg means salt-fortress though

I found it it's the Hohensalzburg Fortress. Only saw battle once against German peasants.
