I try to thank God daily. For what do I thank him?

Bringing me into existence.
Allowing me to believe in and follow his son.
His word through the scriptures, which are filled
with truth and wisdom and which bring me great
comfort and peace.
My amazing parents who have already gone to
Heaven.
My loving and caring wife.
My beautiful, Christian, children.
And so much more.

Thanking God daily helps me to appreciate how blessed I truly am. I encourage you to try it too and I believe you will grow closer to our Heavenly Father.

Praise the Lord! Oh give thanks to the Lord, for he is good, for his steadfast love endures forever! Who can utter the mighty deeds of the Lord, or declare all his praise?

A Cultist moralising about a 2000 year failure.

A public rant repeatedly making the same point, but unsupported by a shred of evidence .

Just another Space Alien Worshipper applauding the Big Ship in the Sky and its Godly inhabitants . |And whose only gift to humans was scribblings on a few rocks .

A real Rock Tecky that Goddy Boy and his Messengers

Of course Cultists deplore my previous post .

So sanely defend your opinion , other than by repeating endlessly the same unfulfilled hopes , thinking that because these dreams were written down a long time ago by other Cultists , that they are more likely now to come true
.

Einstein may have plagiarised his so called theories and still produced garbage but he did usefully point out that endlessly repeating the same mistakes is a sign of madness .

the history of the desert religions is replete with selfishness and brutality ...

Right, bcause the Atheist communists of Stalin and Mao and the Darwinist nazis were so peaceful. Oh those good old days when religion was finally a thing of the past.

In general, practicing gratitude is a good thing that simply does not seem to come naturally.

It is a type of self-discipline.

not everyone who is not an atheist is a desert dweller -

there have always been those who have seen the persecution and victimization of the innocent, jesus as one by the desert dwellers sadly a small minority and the price paid by jesus to change their ways.

Is it the crucifixion you see as a failure? When looked at from this perspective, Michael Jordan immediately comes to mind. He noted, "I've failed over and over and over again in my life and that is why I succeed."

If you see the crucifixion as a failure, then the resurrection is the success.

I'm not clear on what "evidence" you are looking for. Z99 in the OP offers evidence of 'wisdom' and 'peace' that have come into his life. Your own 'evidence' is the bitterness and disappointment you have experienced because of the death and resurrection of a man two thousand years ago.

Not really, but then I'm not a "cultist", but a pioneer/explorer of the spiritual realm, looking back on a settler who prefers to have feet planted firmly in what is physical, and no further exploring allowed, because as we all know, all pioneers and explorers don't know when they have it good with the present and where they already are.

The False Flag ? The Fake News?

The yarn when actually Joseph bought him and he recovered .

Strange that this crucified ordinary Essene monk toured Asia Minor with his elder son until 62 AD when the monk Jesus died of natural causes .

Where did mentally fragile Paul and Peter get that other fanciful scenario from ?
