Racial hatred doesn't seem to be a factor because in every instance the shooter and the person shot were members of the same race.
The news media and police refused to give a description of the shooters or the victims.

That's what happens when you don't train your animals correctly from birth. Sure they may be ok home with you or in small groups, but if you let them run wild with a bunch of other untrained animals they will start biting each other because it's in their DNA to be animals.
