I had good speed and endurance but my hand eye coordination was very average ! This is why I did not get better ever in TENNIS ??

athletic ability was average too.

I had good range and strength for awhile

Atrocious. I spend 7 years (ages 5-12) on a medication that stunted my physical development so I was pretty much the smallest, slowest, lightest kid in my class all the way into high school.

As of now my joints in my legs and arms keep from a lot of physical activity. Highschool age in the 1970s I was as my coach's said surprising and an Okay athlete, but they were looking for excellent. I could do 10 chin ups back then. Grappling is were I was best.

Only intra mural but my class had the varsity so I competed against them .I worked as a teen so organized school sports was out. The only time I beat them was climbing the rope to the top of the basket ball court. I was the first and only one who made it to the top. Grappling , baseball was when I was at my best.

At least your hand - eye co-ordination matched your eye- brain co-ordination.
You clearly were unlucky to grow up as baby adult with no personality .

Just a look at pre steroid athletes .It is possible to get in top condition without chemicals. This photo was from the 1920s steroids didn't come into being until the 1930s and only widely used much later,\.
