I created a video showing how to prevent snoring and drymouth. I have used this 100% effective method for over six years with zero side effects or problems. I came up with the idea after eye surgery required me to tape a protective patch over my eye with surgical paper tape. It was a "eureka" moment.

I actually made a video of my husband sleeping in his recliner. I was amazed at how long he would go without breathing, then the big sucking in of air and a few seconds later, the same thing. The doctor ordered a CPAP that he'll never wear.
I roll him over on his side to stop it.
