How To Accept Invitations?

How does someone go about accepting an invitation to a social group. I have folks asking to be invited to a group but when I send them the invitation they will either email back and say that they would like to be added to the group or they will ask how to accept the invitation.

Any help?

It should be in your notifications and you should just be able to accept or decline.
