There has been a lot of discussions this year regarding endorsements and non-endorsements. How many really vote based on a:
Teamsters endorsement?
A media endorsement?
A Taylor Swift or other celebrity endorsement?
A law enforcement endorsement?
Any kind of endorsement?
Do endorsements really change anyone's votes? Let's take Taylor Swift, for example. Maybe she can help get out the vote and register, but, is anyone doing that really changing their vote from Trump to Harris? In her case she has driven out many people to register (presumably for Harris) BUT she has also taken a personal hit from Trump supporters as well. You could easily argue that she is simultaneously also driving out voters to vote for Trump, even though that wasn't her intention. Does any endorsement really matter?
