How does Obama's 42% Black youth unemployment help?

Besides being our most divisive President since Lincoln, Obama has overseen an economy so horrible that nearly 1 out of every 2 black youths are unemployed.

Where's the hope in that?

What kind of an example does Obama set?

FDR proved that even during a depression bad economic policy can buy you votes from people living in poverty as long as you pay the citizen to vote for you. Paying people to live in poverty.
