How can you have coaches challenge in the NFL but NOT on Pass Interference at the end of games?

The Chiefs should have been called for PI in the end zone against the Falcons last night. The Chiefs DB is tackling the receiver before the ball gets there. You have coach's challenge for random things but NOT on potentially game changing calls especially in the final minutes of the game? Coaches should have one challenge for a referee call/no call in the 4th quarter. This no call very likely took the win away from the Falcons. And no I'm not a Falcons fan.

Pass interference was reviewable one season, but the suits didn’t like it. As someone who loves the game, I personally think it would make the sport better and more fair.

Yeah! I remember when Sean Payton got hosed with a blatant PI that wasn't called and they instituted the rule the next year. It really needs to be restored, just one 4th quarter challenge per coach. Refs should not be able to turn Ws to Ls.
