However, as of the latest available information, the subpoenas have not yet been formally issued by Comer, which is required for them to be active.

Additionally, Hillary Clinton was previously subpoenaed in 2015 by the House Select Committee on Benghazi regarding her use of a private email server while Secretary of State. This subpoena, issued on March 4, 2015, sought emails related to the 2012 Benghazi attack. Her claim in a 2015 CNN interview that she had "never had a subpoena" was disputed by the committee chairman, Trey Gowdy, as her lawyer had responded to the subpoena on March 27, 2015.
