"House Majority Leader Steny Hoyer said Tuesday that lawmakers should issue a subpoena for Robert Mueller if he declines to voluntarily testify on Capitol Hill about the Russia probe, amid increasing calls from fellow Democrats to hear from the former special counsel.

Mueller made it clear last week that he has no desire to testify on Capitol Hill. In delivering his only public statement about the investigation, Mueller said “the report is my testimony" and said if he were called by Congress, he would not say anything other than what is already in his report. Mueller submitted the report to the Justice Department in March."

Instead of demanding the US AG break the law by turning over Grand jury Info and then holding him in Contempt when the refuses to do so - falsely claiming he is involved in a cover-up, going straight to the proverbial 'horse's mouth' (or the other end) to get exactly what he said - Brilliant!

And when Mueller defiantly refuses to answer questions and instead keeps repeating excerpts from the parts of his report made public, what will Hoyer and Democrats do then?

He will NEVER answer, for example, when he KNEW there was no evidence of / no crime of collusion, something former FBI Agent Page testified the FBI already knew before the official investigation was opened and before Mueller was appointed Special Counsel.

Mueller is the #1 guy who NEEDS to testify under oath and the #1 guy who will never do it.

When THE Special Counsel (especially one leading a team of DNC/Hillary supporters/donors/layers) refuses to answer ANY questions about his investigation....something is definitely wrong...

We deserve more than the pulp fiction Mueller handed in. His book report gets an F, now he needs to do an oral report. I want to see if he can outwit Nadler in a verbal death match. Even if Mueller got lockjaw, I'd still bet on him.
