1. His proposals are insane.
2. None of this stuff will work at all.
3. Only an idiot could think any of these actions are good at all.
4. Most of it isn't even legal.
5. It is all directed at appealing to low-IQ, low income people at the expense of all of your productive ones.
6. All of this stuff will only result in the opposite of its stated effect.
7. There will be a mass-exodus of affluent people from New York leading to NYC's final implosion where no one is left to tax to death.
8. I considered the possibility that the intention here is to drive people away and collapse the city expressly so that then a flood of foreigners can rush in and take it all over.
