Anybody who says we cannot learn from animals offends me. That offends my ancestors. People who say that do not have souls. The need to go be elsewhere but not in the US.

And the other elephants came to rescue the baby from the one who lost her marbles. Not every single animal is the same.... just like dogs or cats have individual personalities, it's the same with other animals.

I wonder if it was a "teen" elephant. I seen a couple of shows where they carted off the males and the young male elephants had no role models. That was the theory anyway because they started attacking and even killing rhinos.
