Yes. Best fantasy series I've read bar none. However karsa had a stone sword, carved in the Imass fashion, not a spear. Lol

Icarium broke the blood wood sword. Karsa traveled to the jhag odan and found his gods were false idols, imprisoned t'lan Imass who were using the teblor for freedom. Once he found their cave he carved an Imass sword and slew most of them before the rest fled.
