Really good health provides strength, endurance, and mental clarity. Sadly, these attributes have little purpose in today's workplace and lifestyle and can lead to physical and mental frustration. In the past such health could be unleashed against hard physical tasks and problems that stymie us today. That said everyone should experience such health at least once in their lifetime, if for no other reason than to realize that such health is actually possible.

Many of us still have jobs that require significant physical exertion

Even office drones can go to the gym on their lunch breaks and take frequent walks
 
Good health in your youth is to prepare you for getting old. Getting old ain't for pussies.
The good news is that if all organs are functioning normally superb health is still possible in our senior years.
 
Exercise in the morning and give less effort on the job. Slow and steady wins the race.

There tends to be three types of folk in old age -

1. Those with a healthy mind but the body deteriorates

2. Those with a healthy body but the mind deteriorates

3. Those where both body and mind do well well into old age

The more knowledgeable one becomes, the more frustrated you become too.
 
Exercise in the morning and give less effort on the job. Slow and steady wins the race.
Coffee and donut in the morning.
Steady on the job.
Exercise after work.
Slow down on the weekends.
