"Getting even" is just that, becoming equal.

As applied to black racism 'getting even' with whites would mean educational and financial success equal to white people. This would lift the health of blacks as well. This would also 'get even' for the inequality of the slavery of their forebearers. No revenge, or vengeance, needed.

Equal outcomes isn't possible.

And how do we accomplish that in the real world? Be specific.
It's up to them, not us. The doors are open for them; all they have to do is walk through them.

True and that's the gift that most people squander.
I took advantage of the opportunity to become a well-paid meat cutter (not so well paid today however) but I squandered the money I made for years on 'living the life'.

That's what I did. I thought it would go on forever.

I've done well financially since those days. That said money and stuff was never a big priority in my life. My very fashion-conscious nephew remarked once that I make sweatshirts and khaki's look fashionable.

You start by addressing the destruction of the black family and a school system that favors its own greed over the training of it's charges.

True. Blacks shouldn't have to go to college to get "black studies" programs. They should start in grade school.

They need to stop the pass them along policy, and enforce the "You will be in school during school hours' policy.

No one, regardless of color, will do well in any nation if they are uneducated.
