Dunno. I would assume that for Federal facilities like the V.A., Yes. As for private hospitals and medical clinics I would think that storing them in their own facility's databases is standard practice at this point.

Well you know, it's a high tech world and everything now goes on computer. Thus, most everything is vulnerable at some point. If it's not due to hacking it's either a hard crash, DOS attack, or spying!
