Something called executive privilege and presidential immunity which sucks in situations like this, but it is up to Congress to deal with it according to the Constitution. And there isn't much point now that we're so close to the end of this administration.

But that is why the Democrats are fighting tooth and nail and using every sleazy and corrupt method they can think of to take Trump out. If he gets back into the White House they won't have any way to keep the truth from coming out on so much of this stuff. The American people deserve to know.

President Trump can be snarky and quickly returns insult for insult which doesn't look all that attractive sometimes. But he has a heart of gold and great compassion and appreciation for people and I honestly think there isn't a vindictive bone in his body. He is quick to forgive and forget and make friends with those he exchanged barbs with when circumstances change. Look at the bitterness between him and Ted Cruz in the 2016 campaign and they are the strongest of allies and good friends now.

You are absolutely right that so many Democrats don't give a rats ass about the people or they would see and care how their policies harm/hurt people. But Trump also is very conscious that the weaponization of government against political opponents is a deadly and dangerous thing and he has pledged not to engage in it but rather to stop it. He has expressed how much harm it would do if he too engaged in it.

So I don't see him retaliating or taking revenge. At least in any material way. But those who absolutely plotted, conspired, committed crime against our country and fellow Americans in any significant way, I am pretty sure he would not stop his DOJ from bringing that to light and properly prosecuting.

Will he put Biden, Hillary, Harris, people like that in jail for their political malfeasance? No.

To your last point, no….he would not put any of them in jail, and we know that because he let Hillary get away with her obviously criminal acts. And why? Because unlike the Democrats, who put power and vengeance above all, he put the country first and knew it would divide us further.

But what he WILL do is clean the swamp of all the Democrat operatives embedded agencies like DOJ and Homeland Security - starting with Myorkas and Garland. Then he can get to work on trimming the bloated government, trimming by half. They’ve been “working” from home for years, lying out by the pool in the summer and going skiing in the winter.
