I understand that there are problems with some migrants, but I consider a general “foreigner ban” to be questionable — it will probably end up as a whites-only apartheid. A Swiss tourist, who technically is a real foreigner, would be allowed to enter, but a black-haired person in the third generation born here probably would not. Sounds like apartheid and racial segregation.
