But, let the courts settle it, in the meantime, they go in effect. Oh, and Trump gets to hand out exemptions. And those tariffs are collected.

Now I could get in the weeds explaining how tariffs are collected, the posting of bonds as the goods are in transit. But the tariffs were collected, and the cost were passed on, and the consumers felt the brunt of the burden. Now, just as I predicted, the SCOTUS ruled against Trump and, wait for it, the taxes have to be refunded to the PAYOR.

The stock market is setting records. Well no damn wonder. It might take years of litigation, and who knows how much money the lawyers will make. But man, all that tariff money paid is now going, not to the government like Trump bragged about, but to the companies bottom line. Like CHA CHING.

I mean, we done been bamboozled. And the crazy part, although I could be missing it, nothing from the main stream media. Hell, nothing from the nutcases. I mean this will go down as the biggest con in all of history.
