We all deal with some anxiety in our daily lives, even if you don't suffer any now, you will at some point in the future. Try this, not just when you have anxiety but make it s normal daily practice. I can't find the other video of the anesthesiologist who hooked himself up to the EKG and showed the medical evidence that it lowers his heart rate while doing this.
