Regardless of how close you think Iran is to obtaining nukes, weeks/months/years, the reality is they are working towards becoming a nuclear threat.
Iran is threatening to attack the US should we get involved in the bombing.

How much more would such a threat hold if Iran had nukes?

We have 30-40,000 Americans, military and civilian living in the region that are at high risk of being attacked and killed...if we get involved.
