Women were in the situation of men thinking we were inferior in jobs, within our lifetimes ----- but then customs changed enough that women could work in the regular job market, and now there are MORE women employed than men and women are generally agreed to make better workers.

So why couldn't blacks ever manage any of that? Same thing with immigrants, Irish and Italians and so on ---- within a few decades they matched the general population in ability and achievement. The fact that blacks have never been able to do that is on them, and we probably need to stop pretending that this is a fixable problem. It looks to me as though we have a population with a genetic problem relative to the rest. And if you look at Africa and Haiti and the rest of the black countries, you'd have to say ------ yep. They're all like that.
