Finland ranks first in the World Happiness Report's ranking of the happiest countries. South Karelia (occupied by Moscow part of Finland) is the poorest colony of the Moscow empire. Question is why THE Mongol - Moscow

Most Finns in occupied Karelia evacuated and permanently relocated to other parts of Finland. More than 10% of population during war, after which Finland suffered heavy punishment payments to USSR empire . The few who stayed were mostly shot or carried to Siberian slave -camps .
