The Finnish Security Intelligence Service (SUPO) has declassified a 60-year-old file detailing Lee Harvey Oswald’s mysterious visit to Helsinki in advance of his defection to the Soviet Union, just over four years before he assassinated US President John F. Kennedy in 1963. [quote}

Not much new here. The sensationalism is even old and tired.
That which Finland releases is likely information that hasn't been released by any others.

There's a purpose for this. Americans will read the story but likely be confused for a while on how to digest it.

Yes! Who would have thought? Except that they're a new Nato member and may have been convinced by the US for purposes of involving Russia.
