In this particular case, yes, value is lost. After Bolshevik EMPIRE collapsed, the museum was redesigned as museum to show the damage totalitarian regimes cause to nations and people. It is/was a GOOD museum. Since 2022, it also donated 1 € for each ticket sold to Ukraine.
