Shouldn't it just be common sense that if you have a dog you need to pick up after it? If that's too much work for you then you shouldn't get a dog. Man, people are stupid.

We always did when we had dogs even as far back as 30+ years ago when I was a kid, it's just neighbor courtesy. No one wants to step in that in their yard.
