Sadly they are some 25 years late...after failing the "lynch test" in Ramallah-2000.

Good Riddance
IDF Dumps Haaretz: Government Ban Hits Spokesman Subscription
The IDF Spokesperson's Unit cancels Haaretz subscription, enforcing a government decision to sever ties with the newspaper for spreading anti-Israel lies and supporting Hamas terrorists.

And about failing the lynch test:

Guess which newspaper didn't report on Hamas stealing baby food.
This is, of course, Haaretz, which throughout the war accused Israel of not bringing exactly the same food into Gaza.

An article published last week in the American newspaper The New York Post describes the claims of a Palestinian-American activist born in Gaza named Ahmed Fuad al-Khatib against Hamas. The article shines a spotlight on al-Khatib's post on the X network, accompanied by photographic evidence, according to which Hamas deliberately hid tons of baby milk substitutes and nutritional drinks for children in secret warehouses of the Ministry of Health in Gaza. This is with the aim of worsening the hunger crisis in Gaza, creating a narrative of mass starvation, damaging Israel's image, halting Israeli military operations, and forcing Israel to return to the UN aid distribution mechanism - instead of the controversial Gaza Humanitarian Fund (GHF).
