What is rather peculiar is how you'll hear NASCAR folks swear that gymnastics, surfing, or break dancing aren't sports but somehow sitting in a car and turning left for 3 hours is.

At Tokyo Olympics, USA won one gold more than China, and this time they both finished on 40 gold medals each. I expect USA to win the LA Olympics by a bigger margin as they will be playing at home.
