‘A federal judge has blocked the Trump administration's attempt to reallocate federal Homeland Security funding away from states that refuse to cooperate with certain federal immigration enforcement.

U.S. District Judge Mary McElroy's ruling on Monday solidified a win for the coalition of 12 attorneys general that sued the administration earlier this year after being alerted that their states would receive drastically reduced federal grants due to their “sanctuary” jurisdictions.’

There’s no such thing as a ‘sanctuary’ jurisdiction.

Federal immigration authorities are at liberty to detain suspects in every jurisdiction in the United States.

State and local jurisdictions are at liberty to not enforce Federal laws, including immigration laws; state and local jurisdictions cannot be compelled to enforce Federal laws, or be forced to cooperate with Federal enforcement agencies, including the enforcement of immigration laws.

Trump’s lawless attempt to deny states Homeland Security funding is purely partisan and devoid of merit.

It appears that quite a few of the district court justices are either up for sale &/or embedded into the statist left ideology. Unfortunately congress is deliberately impotent to remove these corrupted justices due to the RNC/DNC duo handling the purse strings.
