How about social security becoming insolvent. Did you know that government 'borrowed' $2 trillion from the Social Security trust fund and blew OUR MONEY on crap like this?

Naturally government can't pay us back the $2 trillion. What are they going to do hold a bake sale? They gave us worthless IOU's. Now they want to jack up the social security taxes even higher, screw some out of the benefits they were forced to pay for, and jack up the retirement age so that more people DIE before they can collect a penny. I'm sure 70 year olds will appreciate having to stand on the factory floor all day working, bad hips and all.

Just adding some facts to demonstrate how insulting spending $2.5 billion on a palace is in contrast.

We will see at the end of 4 years. Last year a two trillion-dollar deficit. No matter who was running for President on the Republican side you would not approve, and the smearing may have been worse. There is waste. A lot of it. and DOGE could have found more. Too much of our programs are intertwined. Powell answers to the globalists who own the Federal Reserve. Whether it is good or not.
