If you are a dedicated holster sniffer for the FBI, you may see this as badgering a hero. If not, this may seem like an obvious attempt (which has worked so far) to avoid transparency and admitting things they don't care to. All depends on perspective, like always.

Horowitz was testifying on Capitol Hill on Wednesday morning before the House Select Subcommittee on the Weaponization of the Federal Government. The Department of Justice watchdog testified alongside an FBI whistleblower and the president of Empower Oversight, Tristan Leavitt.
The hearing was set to focus on how the FBI has used its security clearance adjudication process to allegedly purge its ranks of conservatives and whistleblowers, and allegedly punish those with views contrary to that of FBI leadership.

They weren't FBI Informants/observers, they were agent provocateurs sent there to stir up the Hornet's Nest. Everyone knows this. Why are we still re-hashing it.
The fake "Insurrection", one only needs to consider the number of FBI informants that were among the 12 alleged "kidnappers" with the tyrant Governor of Michigan. Everyone knows there were tons of FBI shills in the largely Patriotic crowd, and everyone knows Pelosi wanted the theatrics and didn't accept Trump's offer of 10,000 National Guardsmen. For that matter, anyone with Eyes could see that fat Capital cop waving people into the Capital.
So it's true, the paid agitator Ray Epps. assisted by Captital Police and FBI undercover provocaters started the violence on Jan 6th....

FBI Informants committed around 22,800 crimes in four years
A recent report has concluded that federal agencies have paid at least $548 million to informants working for the Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), the Drug Enforcement Agency (DEA), and the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (ATF). Of the informants used, the FBI authorized informants to commit around 22,800 crimes in just four years.
Take it for what's it worth. But even the FBI's own website acknowledges that informants are dubious. Wonder if that include informants who work for the FBI.

A major right of defendants is to face your accusers and cross examine them in court, and if they are hidden assets that are not identified, provided cover and immunity for precipitating crimes, and working for your accuser there are real concerns. The RICO Act could very well be applied to actions by state actors if there were anyone here to initiate it.

All the J6 video and pictures, and charges brought, shows no FBI informants instigating the riot or breaking in to the Capitol.....only Trumpers, who we know by name and charges brought against them.... with video as evidence to back up the charges.
The "Story" is MADE UP, to deflect....

OK, I will assume that you watched all of them and know what you are saying. Pretty cut and dry when you so elegantly lay it out. I'm sure the DOJ wouldn't leave out any incriminating evidence, they are too good for that. There's no history of them doing that. Thank you.
