Trump is the biggest failed bluffer on earth. He negotiated the current USMCA that he hates. He didnt get Mexico to pay for the wall. He didnt reduce the deficit. He didnt get GDP over 3%. He didnt get the Ukraine war ended. He didnt repeal and replace. He didnt get any of these tariffs to stick as he has delayed and excepted major pieces at every move.
