Europe has shot itself in the foot. It had been getting energy from Russia at very cheap prices but the Yankees want to punish Putin so first they sabotaged the Nord Stream pipeline and now they have convinced Europe not to buy Russian gas any more. China is more than willing to buy Russian gas, so ….. no problem. If the West wants Russian-Chinese cooperation to flourish they couldn’t have done a better job to facilitate it!
