While sure to infuriate the left, lots of positive news they can seethe and complain about.

They just can't help but wish for the worst as they wallow in their self created misery.

White House Press Secretary Karoline Leavitt told the press earlier this week about a series of President Trump’s policy achievements and improvements for the American people that the mainstream media have failed to cover, including U.S. energy dominance, the Dow breaking 50,000 for the first time, the American Society of Plastic Surgeons opposing gender mutilation surgeries for children.

Aa federal appeals court upheld the administration’s policy of detaining illegal aliens, the murder rate fell to a 125-year low, national median rents declined to a four-year low, mortgage affordability rose to a four-year high, and there have been nine straight months of zero illegal alien releases at the southern border.

The U.S. has achieved a level of energy dominance never seen before. In 2025, U.S. oil and gas production hit all-time records, with total output reaching 24.2 million barrels per day, more than Saudi Arabia and Russia combined. Crude oil production alone peaked at 13.6 million barrels per day, the highest level ever recorded by any country. Crude exports reached record highs, and when petroleum products such as gasoline, diesel, and jet fuel are included, total energy exports averaged nearly 11 million barrels per day in 2025.

Lots more at the link.

The downward trend of the murder rate began during the pandemic. Yes, the U.S achieved things, not the convicted felon who robbed a cancer charity and told a TV audience he would like to **** his daughter.

Record production is good but it’s not enough. We had record production under Biden Harris as they liked to tout yet gasoline prices averaged well over $3.00 per gallon throughout their term. Trump’s first term gas prices averaged below $3.00. With both administrations setting record production levels, why the delta in the average price of gas for the term?

The difference is that the Trump Administration has domestic energy policies which are less regulatory and punitive for the US energy companies.

Regulations and taxes add costs to goods and services.

Regulations keep the oil off the beaches and water supplies and taxes are needed to pay the bills. Growing up in coal country it wasn`t unusual in my youth to see creeks and streams with yellow or orange water. The Clean Water Act was born in 1948 and beefed up in 1972 on Richard Nixon`s watch. I`ll give credit where it`s due.

All of the Regulations you site are already in place under Republicans. Democrats over regulate. Democrats regulations are egregious. Egregious regulations + taxes + limitations all increase cost to a business. The business then passes that on to its customers. It’s simple economics.
