July 16 2024 Billionaire Elon Musk said Tuesday he will shift the headquarters of privately held SpaceX and social media site X to Texas from California as a result of Gov. Gavin Newsom signing a new gender identity law for students.

The law, signed Monday, blocks school districts from requiring teachers to notify parents about changes in a student’s gender identity or sexual orientation without the child’s permission. It also requires the state’s Department of Education to create resources for families of LGBTQ+ students from seventh grade through high school.

“This is the final straw,” Musk wrote on X. “Because of this law and the many others that preceded it, attacking both families and companies, SpaceX will now move its HQ from Hawthorne, California, to Starbase, Texas.”

Texas is pretty good but they allow 15 million illegal aliens to live in the state. In that respect they're as bad as CA and abbott needs to enforce the law and stop all jobs and benefits to illegals.

Abbott does not do all he legally can. Section 1324 title 8 says illegals cannot have jobs or collect any benefits or even rent housing. Abbott should be screaming about this and demand to know why the federal govt allows this and insists that 60 million illegals are ABOVE THE LAW.!
