Indianapolis had something like that. Didn't last long, bikes abandoned and trashed

This has been around for a while. It's not a new concept. You rent a bike with your app, use it, and then leave it at your destination when you're finished.

The name of the company is LIME. Is there really a market for people to rent rides on electric bicycles? This reminds me of the Kramer/Newman idea to have homeless people drive around rickshaws in NYC. 90% of those businesses fail within the first year.

Ah hah. This will save the planet. Another idea from the save the planet people that is doomed to failure, like all of their other save the planet ideas.

I see the rental electric scooters all over the area of UVA. Won't work where there's a lot of blacks or tweakers stealing them for the copper.....You can't have nice things in those areas.

Uber and Lyft are beginning to become obsolete unless both of them preordered millions of Robotaxis. Tesla, Waymo, and Cruise will do to Uber and Lyft what both companies did to the taxi industry.
