Some Christians seem to think that drinking is sinful. Not always.. I did some research on this years ago and found that people who live over 100 drink, but not in excess.

So I just thought I would share this. I abstain a lot from alcohol but only because I'm absent minded and forget to buy it or forget to drink it or whatever. (I rest my case? LOL.. I mean maybe if I drank more, I wouldn't be so absent minded? who knows?)

I like whiskey in coffee w/ cream and natural sugar or honey. Yum.. :)

I also like wine and beer

Alcohol, especially red wine, has health benefits. Just don't overdo it.

They say some people can't abstain.. once they start drinking, they "can't" stop or can't seem to stop. I wonder if that is true.. or maybe people just like getting drunk

lol.. can't blame them these days, considering who is in the WH (or not in the WH.. if you get my drift)

I do wonder if people really get physically addicted to alcohol or if it's psychological.

I can't say. I like drinking and when younger sometimes got inebriated (not drunk, mind you :)) but I could live w/o it.. esp after finding Jesus.

Who knew He could save people from dependency on a substance or addictions?
