When it comes to rumors and speculation, most people don't do their due diligence to confirm them. Some just run with them as if they were fact. None of us is immune to falling for rumors or speculation, but we can at least inoculate ourselves by doing our due diligence. We can try to do research.

We can do our best to try to be objective, checking for bias, using the wealth of knowledge we have open to us on the internet. The thing is, this also requires some self-introspection on our parts. We should try to acknowledge our own biases in the process and not just search for stuff that simply confirms our biases.

Let's all try to do our due diligence and not fall for the bulls**t? Okay?

This has been a PSA from your friendly neighborhood TK.

Sure, good advice. Unfortunately, candidates lie and lie. Due diligence is no good there. You end up voting for the best liar.

Trump Rome toilets.webp

But still better than voting for the next best or worst liar.

Perhaps it might also be a measure of your ability as a researcher .

Remember Albert's advice --- Achieve 70% minimum always and you will be a Genius among mere mortals .

Just because I share whatever it is that I have heard doesn't mean that I believe whatever it is that I am sharing. I am only just passing along whatever it is that I have heard just in case that it is true. A proper heads up in my opinion should always be appreciated.

God bless you always!!!
