I was curious as to how 700 months of sanctions and war have affected the Russian and Ukranian people. So I've posted a few videos and photos that I found to illustrate life in Russia and the Ukraine these days.

A video illustrating a rural town hundreds of miles outside Moscow:

A tour inside a rural Russian supermarket and a Moscow supermarket shows well stocked produce, protein, full shelves. And the interior of a Moscow supermarket would make any country proud. In both quite a few American products are featured but no information on where those products are manufactured.

The tour of the rural supermarket begins just before the 2 minutes mark:

And a tour of a middle class Moscow supermarket:

You do get the impression that life goes on pretty normally for all those not directly impacted by the war.

Right on cue, this is what the war-mongering Russophobe parrots will squawk.

Putin is a genius who anticipated the sanctions damage and made all sorts of brilliant moves to nullify that economic warfare.

If there were ever a war that should be settled by the two intransient and immature leaders this is it... put Putin and Zelenskyy in a ring and let them fight it out...

I still give Putin 95% of the blame for the war. But Zelensky, more from diplomatic incompetence than intentional harm shares some of the blame.

But the fact that of all countries in Europe, on every list, Russia is the No. 1 most corrupt and the Ukraine is No. 2 most corrupt. Two corrupt countries now locked in a deadly and totally unnecessary war/

It is too bad that jousting or dualing has gone out of style so the two heads of state could agree to settle it that way.

I agree... 100%

I'm sorry but your post makes pretty much no sense to me within context of the OP?
