The Democrats picked up house seats in 2024, had a historically strong 2022 midterm losing the fewest seats in decades as a majority party, and are currently sitting in congress as the largest minority party in 90 years rendering Trump’s legislative agenda impotent, AND they totally took over every statewide office in swing state North Carolina in 2024. Nothing Trump has done can last without legislative action so it all dies with Trump.

The one election they lost has been President with a back up candidate.

I think the Democrats are doing fine. The only reason you think that isn’t true is that Trump continues to abuse his executive power and instead of rioting and killing him the democrats are suing him in courts which takes time.
