Do you perceive this two as interracial couple for "american standards"?

He is my uncle, and she was his wife, they dont have kids, he has kids with a former wife, but not with her.

She was serbian, fair skinned and hazel or green/blue eyed i dont remember anymore she died 12 years ago, i just dont remember that well anymore but serbian and fair skinned. He is full roma, dark brown skinned.

Both are dark haired and in these images well groomed for the wedding, so it might appear less interracial because well groomed and young, but he is much darker then her, but i dont know if someone can be much darker and still they be perceived as caucasian couple because of physical built and facial features?

I have found that it is an individuals perception that decides these things one persons caucasian is another persons ''colored people''.
