No I retired before my hip and back went to shit.
I was 46 and had around 5 years of retirement before things went south.
I believe you're overestimating the pop of Houston and surrounding areas.

Yep..
Those along with Katy Tx where I live are wealthy areas.
When you live in these places there's really no reason to go into Houston.
Everything you need is in their city centers.
