I think it is all a set up. They nominate Biden in two weeks and then he says, "Thank you very much. You don't know how much your support means to me. But, after thinking about it, I believe it is time for a younger person to take the reigns and I put all of my support behind Kamala Harris and encourage all of my delegates to choose her to be the nominee".
