I will begin with environmentalism and animal rights, which is at the forefront of the modern-day Progressive, aka globalist movement today.
The Nazi party was all about environmentalism as they ordered their own soldiers to plant trees, the first Europeans to establish nature reserves and order the protection of hedgerows and other wildlife habitats. They were also horrified at the idea of hydroelectric dams on the Rhine. They also passed numerous laws to protect the rights of animals.
Heinrick Himmler made an effort to ban all hunting of animals and Hermann Goering announced and end to "The unbearable torture and suffering of animal experiments and those who still think they can treat animals as inanimate property will be sent off to a concentration camp." Hitler himself was even a vegetarian as he lived for his dogs.
And we see this from the politics of today as creation is treated better than humanity at large.
As for the environment, the UN states that global hunger is a continuing problem for the world that only getting worse

Yet, Progressive governments all around the world are limiting their citizens from farming as they used to do, all in the name of reducing fertilizers which emit carbon. Farming is being stopped all in the name of reducing carbon emissions while the world faces tougher than ever issues with worldwide hunger.

How is mandating starvation around the world to save the planet from carbon emissions any better than the Nazis mandating Jews be sent off to die to also save humanity?
Anyone?
