DeSantis is making up for lost time. This guy is number 17 for 2025.

I'm glad to hear that justice is being delivered, when people were sentenced to death in the 80's, they have outlived their sentences.

Dying of natural causes should not be the end result.

Life in prison is far worse punishment than being executed.

Not exactly quick, speedy justice, taking 37 years from the brutal murder, but it could not happen to a more deserving convict.

17 is pathetic

1,256 confirmed members in 109 gangs in Miami-Dade alone.

Nationwide, the Department of Justice estimates there are over 731,000 active gang members across the United States.

I do wish Republicans would, in a responsible way, clean up our streets. Like Trump says when he invades a Democratic city but I mean for real. Send Federal agents, undercover if you have to, and round up these gang members. I'm sure law enforcement has been tracking them, know who they are, have enough evidence.

But we need to put these people to death. And keep doing it until young people stop joining these gangs.

I don't even care if Trump does it illegally like he's doing in Venezuela. Just make sure the people you execute are for sure gang members.

If you get a list showing who's in the gang

Kill everyone on the top 4 rows. Let the privates decide if they want to continue to stay in the gang.

But that means Hell's Angels too. All those white Aryan brotherhood gangs too. Kill them!

What Ron D'Santis is doing will not solve anything.

Then why do almost all the condemned fight it tooth and nail?
These guys imagine prison is 23 hours in a cell and 1 hour in the yard. And every other day you get raped in the shower.

They join gangs, do drugs, get jobs, read, buy doritos, play on the internet, get congical visits, watch tv, play cards, free healthcare, free room and board.

SHIT!!!! Where do I sign up.

Need a cost analysis. Too many of these Stain GOVzt think money grows on trees overall.

1 appeal hearing, 1/2 day max. No high priced lawyers paid.. Within 90 days, hanging or firing squad to incinerator ASAP. Whatever is cheapest. No frills.

Charge wealthy hunters $10million to hunt them down dropped is closed off state parks. Bring back only an index finger. Let the animals eat the rest. Winning.

Let serial killers have them. Give Mass shooters 1 min 5 bullets to run thru death row so they don't do a Walmart.

Rich people rarely (if ever) get the death penalty, rendering high-priced lawyers irrelevant. They get bleeding heart shysters who make hackneyed appeals which have become as overused as calling someone racist so they rarely succeed.

2nd tier are those with 42 arrests, ten felonies yet walking the streets. They need dealt with. As do the Dirty Judges.

Too much time money wasted on the most hazardous waste humans.

Yeah, for those who have to pay for the perps keep. But that's the object of the life sentence, to drain yet more money from the citizenry, while at the same time keeping the families of the victims in suspense knowing that the killer might well be released someday.

Well, now he lost ALL his years. They GAVE him 37, he was lucky. This bastard tried to rob his own convenience store that he worked at. The woman manager caught him so he raped her and killed her. Too bad he wasn't put down earlier.
