I think Bill Maher and Dennis Miller are both fucking with everyone. One portrays the most ultraliberal scumbag and the other portrays liberal turned conservative. I think at some point both were funny. Now, they're both just playing their shtick, like Glen Beck, in order to keep making a decent living.
Now, if Bill Hicks lived, would he have turned into a fucking meatstick clown like these others? Who knows?
I am glad we never had to witness that.

Exactly! Back when he had his late night talk show, I watched fairly regularly. He would say something that had me laughing so hard tears were streaming from my eyes, but there was nary a peep from the 300 or so in the audience.
