Here the left activist judges go again. We have a Constitutional crisis with judges making nationwide injunctions despite rulings by the Supreme Court.

Both wings of the Uniparty, Dem & GOP, have ignored constitutional principles for generations at least.

The Judiciary has always been this Country's Ball & Chain. Which was okay for the first 200 years. Over Zealous politicians had to be held in check. Sometimes

But, as with anything else, sides have been chosen. Republicans on one side, Anti-American dimocrap scum on the other.

And the Judiciary mostly sides with the Anti-American side, the dimocrap side.

Why?

I think it's because, for decades Lawyers have been indoctrinated by Leftists in Academia. The ACLU Left. The Hawvawd, Columbia Left. The Ivy League Left.

90% of Lawyers are Leftists and 100% of Judges are Lawyers.

And there you have it

While I agree with you, the people who rail against the "Uniparty" never give us anyone else to vote for. They just expect us to vote for "other", anyone else but the big two. Give us someone else to actually vote for.

I appreciate the input, but here in Florida for many years now the voter has had POTUS choices of 7 or so candidates. I have voted LP for years, but in the last 2 presidential elections voted for Jill Stein, the other Jew, the peaceful Jew.

I've known full well I was pissing in the wind and that my vote had no impact, but at least I can sleep peacefully knowing I did not vote for the war parties.

Should have known you are a ******* Liberturdian, perhaps THE most despicable group on the Planet. As bad as dimocrap scum.

Liberturdians don't believe in politics so WTF are you doing in here? Liberturdians don't believe in Nations, Liberturdians don't believe in Borders, Liberturdians don't believe in War, even defesnive in nature.

I despise Liberturdians.

But if you don't want to just piss in the wind a party needs to step up to the plate and actually give us someone to vote for, better than Jill Stein and better than Chase Oliver.

Yes, and more importantly the electorate needs to walk away from the duopoly. That is like herding cats and not likely to happen.

It's not likely to happen because the other parties don't ever give us anyone to actually vote for. If you are only relying on Americans voting "other" then you're not ever going to win.

Case in point, 2024. Democrats never gave us a reason to vote for them. The only thing they could come up with is Orange man bad, Trump is Hitler, Trump will take democracy away. Never once did they ever give us a reason to actually vote for them.

They didn't ignore the Supreme Court.

In the recent ruling Justices Kavanuah and Sotomayor BOTH told the parties that the way to national action was Class Action certification.

So they did what the SCOTUS told them to do.

They got Class Action Certification.

You know, while I was posting, I was actually wondering what would have happened in an alternate timeline where Trump ran by himself against both Republicans and Democrats. He would have been the most formidable third party/independent who ever ran for president. But, that would have been a hard way to go, given the duopoly. Since Trump realized this, he just decided to run against both Repbublicans and Democrats from the very front row, from the inside out. And, it worked. Also makes me wonder if Trump had run third party or independent, how many of those anti-duopoly people would have voted for Trump.

Yeah, he would have lost.

Instead he completely refashioned one party in his own image, utterly destroying its establishment in the process - and literally saving America.

I think that is also what is happening on the other side. Progressives are trying like hell to take over the party and fashion it in their own image. However, over there, since progressives really are a small minority, I don't think they will be able to accomplish it, no matter who tries. Their numbers are just too small.
