The debt limit bill limits borrowing, not spending. If you want to argue about spending go start a thread about it, stop trying to pretend that spending and borrowing are the same thing. You aren't fooling anyone with a brain.

Yes, i know that politicians routinely argue that the spending authorization means that Congress also authorized borrowing, but they are wrong. They also prove my point because very few politicians actually have brains, and the ones that do do not make this stupid argument.
