The United States is accepting help from 12 countries and international organizations... ...More than 30 countries and international organizations have offered to help with the spill. The State Department hasn't indicated why some offers have been accepted and others have not.

Besides being offered any dead political prisoners to plug the hole from North Korea, and the like, I'm sure he's making sure it will be politically beneficial first. ...douchbag.

This is so beyond underwhelming and lack of urgent action as to be deliberate malfeasance.

We had offers of help, including the best skimmers available, in the first few days. Much of the oil that has now damaged shores and wetlands could have been removed.
